David will talk about the medieval Friary at Donnington which was closed down by Henry VIII, and the house which was built to replace it in the 17th century as a home for the Cowslade family. He will highlight some of those who lived there over more than three centuries, before the conversion of the premises to open as Dreweatts salerooms in 1980.
