John Firth says his talk will be based on his book. “I have lived in Berkshire for 32 years and my book Geology and Archaeology of Berkshire for people who aren’t geologists or archaeologists was born during walks round the county. Both subjects can be rather abstract if no one tells you where you can actually go and see them.
I am a member of the Newbury Geology Society, but certainly not an expert.”
